It is a Euro-spec ITR cluster. They're not very common, so your best bet (if you really wanted one) would be to contact one of the members in the ITR forum who live in Europe and often source Euro-spec parts.

It also looks like the JDM-spec ITR cluster which can be found as passwordjdm

Although the JDM cluster does have yellow needles like the Euro cluster in the video, the speedometer is quite different.

Not making a whole lot of power though (assuming stock cams), and it peaked quite a bit before that.

I still have my stock LS cluster, only reason I like the Type-R cluster is because it lights up amber. But is it possible to just change the bulbs?

You can change the bulbs but it still wont be the same. The gauges themselves are different.

If you buy a JDM ITR cluster, is there any problems in hooking it up to our USDM models?

Just depends what year your car is and what year the cluster is from. (94-97 integra should use 96 spec, 98+ should use 98 spec)

Usually the problems consist of gas gauge not working and such, but easy fix is done by just swapping the green film from the 2 clusters. Thats what I did for mine and it works perfectly

The cluster you have is the JDM cluster, not the Euro-spec cluster.
