Default misfire dealer cannot fix it

I just have someone did a swap of a 2001 gsr into 2000 Lx civic. I use the 2000 si harness and 2001 gsr ecu. Random misfiring in 4 cylinder. Change the ignition wire. spark plug. distrubitor, and fuel regulator. Check the fuel pressure, injectors, map sensors, no problem with them. Then take it to the acura dealer and have valve adjustment. Still did not fix the problem. Don't know what to do. Need some serious help. Thanks

check to see if the firing order on the distributor is in the correct sequence(1,3,4,2)

I swap a new distrubtor already. How can I tell the sequence? Thanks

the sparkplug wires might not be in the right sequence..is what I meant..(1,3,4,2)on distributor side...lower left as your looking at it is cylinder 1 and top of that is 3 and then right of 3 is 4 and then bottom of 4 is 2...hope you understand it...

try a difference ecu, like an ITR or Si ecu, just to get it running and see if the misfire is present (not to ratbag it and pretend you're paul walker).
