Default newbie style fitment question. 99dx

Im sure this has been covered a few times, but i couldnt find too much solid info using search.

I see civic front ends as 99-00 and 96-98. My question is, i know they look different, but are they interchangable? More specifically the fenders and hood.

Also, Can you put a 99 Si cluster into a 99 dx with no tach plug and play style? Basicaly..is there a tach wire in the harness already?

THanks alot.

You need hood, fenders, grill, headlights, bumper to fit. don't know bout cluster. I think it's wired but don't know if interchangeable
