Default No fuel or spark ? >>

ok car is ready to go. 180 compression across the board.

i got no fuel or spark though. i relocated my battery to the trunk, but that has got to be hooked up right cause all the lights work, the motor turns over etc...

i check the fuses under the hood and they look good. my fuel pump is not even turning on .

i had a new basemap burned for this setup. does the ecu have anything to do with the pump not coming on. i didnt think it did.

any sugestions.

What model car do you have, I am assuming a Ek based on your avatar. If the pump isn't coming on, and you have no spark, I would say main relay. You need to check to see if the ECU is getting power if it is your chip may be messed up.

the car is a 00 civic ek, with a p28 ecu and hondata. yes a ek though.

so the chip could cause that.

im going to swap my old chip in and see what happens.

i need to go get a new battery for my volt meter.

thanks for the reply.

anything else

ok so the main relay fuse #31 has no power with the ignition on.

this is a dumb question. but where is the main relay at. under the driver side dash ??

i guess i need to check the relay itself, but im assuming it has no power if the fuse does not..

i got it.

started right up. sounds great.

after the thermostate opened up a blew a coolant line off the head. no biggie.

brand new engine bay already wet, jesus.

little oil leak from the return line.

and its bounces from 2400 - 2700, when trying to hold at 2500.

i will fix that stuff tomarrow, change the oil already, and go see what this diff and new clutch feel like \\
