how high should i rev
got an lsvtec recently built, it's an odb-o, hmm top of my head this is what's in it.
rebuilt bottom end with a ported and polished head.
P30 pistons and rings
ITR cams
ARP bolts
mugen (chipped) ecu - no rev limitor and vtec at 4400
now how high can i rev this thing without blowing it up??!?!?

If you're on stock valvetrain, don't go further than say 8400 to 8600 RPM.
You'll be asking to float a valve if you rev any higher.
Anyway, rev until you stop making decent power. There's no point in revving higher than your powerband.

True, true.
I shift around 8800-9000 RPM when my peak is at 8300-8400 RPM.
But then again, I also have a B16 that makes power there still.
A good rule of thumb is that your redline should be a few hundred RPM above peak power.
