VTEC HEAD what to pick????
I have 95 integra with B20b was thinking about going vtec. I hear that B16 flows better than B18 GSR head. What do u guys think is this true.
Also a lot of GSR owners drop in CTR cams. Why is that a good idea?

To answer your first question, technically, yes, the PR3 (B16) head flows better, but not by a whole lot. It's mostly in the higher RPM ranges.
If I were you, I'd choose a GSR head. Because of its pent-roof chamber design, it will yield higher compression.
As for your second question, CTR cams are the most aggressive OEM B-series cams available. They offer good mid-to-high end power and retain a perfectly smooth stock idle. They're a good bit more aggressive than stock GSR or B16A cams.

for ctr cams but make sure to upgrade the valvetrain to type-r or better.
