b16a+ctr head...
Both are PR3 heads... the CTR and ITR heads are the same, with same valves, valve springs, retainers, rocker arms, LMAs, etc. Only the cams are slightly different but otherwise they're the same head - they also use a better intake manifold but I'm not counting that as part of the head. All (CTR, ITR, B17, B16) heads are all PR3 castings. Your compression will not change, unless you mill the head, but you'll have better flow and more power in VTEC on your B16.
