Default HELP!!! IDLE PROBLEM!!!! =(

Ok before I say what my problem is. I have a 98 Civic EX (d16y8). I just converted it to 5spd. Im using a y8 5spd trans, 5spd ECU, etc.. Ok I just replaced my intake manifold with a 5spd one and am also using a IACV from a 94 Civic DX. I also did that 3-pin IACV wire to a 2-pin IACv wire conversion. I hooked everything up and after starting it, my car would shut off unless I rev it and dont make it drop to 0 RPM. I checked the ECU codes and it blinked like this...." *.*.*.......***** ". I think thats a 3 and a 5 or a 35. But what the hell is a code 35? I checked here http://www.fastjapcars.com/mod...l.htm but there isnt a 35. I switched my MAP sensor with one from my Auto TB (I know this was working before I took it off). Then I adjusted the screw to make my idle higher. When I start it up, it seems as if its struggling to idle, then goes to 600 RPM and slowly goes to 1K RPM and stays there. . When I rev it to 1.5K RPM, my idle fluctuates. But when it goes below or above that, its all fine. Also feels like its back firing when it passes 1.5K while the RPM is dropping. I jus checked what codes Im gettin again and its showing this..." *.*.*.......*.**** " So this is a 3 (MAP sensor) and a 14 (IACV). WHat the hell is this? Im gonna try using a different IACV, like one from a 98 Civic EX. But why am I gettin a code 3 and why does my idle fluctuate at 1.5K RPM? Is there a difference between a auto and 5spd MAP sensor?

Thanks in advance people.
