So I searched and nothing really seems to relate to my problem. The car had a bouncing idle problem for a while so I took the IACV off the car and cleaned it with carb cleaner. Now the car will not idle lower than like 1300rpm and sometimes around 1600. The idle is nice a steady but just to high. Im thinking the IACV is messed up. When I put my finger over the intake hole for the IACV on the TB the car idles down.

Anyone have any ideas? I'm using CROME and it does not matter what value I chose for the RPM's it always around 1300.

i have the same problem . i cleaned the iacv too and still nothing . my rpms just go's up and down. but how can you tell if the iacv is bad or not working properly.

Well I am not having the up and down problem.

For your problem you can put your finger over the IACV port in the the TB, and if the bouncing stops then you know its the IACV. Thats what I have heard at least.
