LS/B20 Timing Belt TROUBLE. plz help
Ok guys yesterday I was doing a valve adjustment and as soon as I was done I began making sure all the rocker arms where tight well I went to tighten one and it popped out.
Anyways so I figured since im going to have to take the cam out to put it back in, I decided I would replace the timing belt also.
Now everything is just fighting me all the way through it. I cant get the crank pulley off, It takes forever to get it at tdc. And then when I do I go to get the crank pulley off and it goes off of tdc.
Anyways yeah im getting frustrated.

Depending on how far off it moves, you can set the motor to TDC after you take the t-belt off. Also to make the motor spin a little easier, remove the spark plugs. And what do you mean you cant get the crank pulley off? The bolt, or the actual pulley? If its the bolt, you better have a friend who works for Honda. If its not the bolt, then just use a pry bar and gently pry at the edge of the pulley until it comes off. The reason I said you better have a friend at Honda, is because they or someone they work with should have a crank holder that is inserted into the crank pulley to keep it from turning so more torque can be applied to break the bolt loose.
