Default Need advice on 99-00 Fog Light install.

Hey guys, im getting my OEM fogs soon for my em1, and I know how to install them, so my question is, what could I use besides a dremel and/or a hole-saw to pre- cut the holes for the install. If I have to have these tools, does anyone know a good place to rent them maybe, becuase I dont have the money to buy them.

I used the miracle knife, they sell on TV. My mom had some at here house, so I borrowed them and went to town.
Believe it or not, but its really easy to cut those fog light holes out. I started using a dremel, but the bumper started melting where I was cutting and it made it look sloppy. The knife made a clean cut.
