Anyone know how to remove the head rests on a crx si? the owner manual says all the models are adjustable except the si model, but there must be a way to remove them on an si so they can be replaced, any help would be great, thanks

ok i figured out how to remove the si head rests, there are two pins that need to be removed, one from each plastic molding piece at the bottom of each metal rod, get a flat screw driver and lift the plastic molding pieces up from the front side of the head rest, under each plastic piece you will see a metal clip that you will need to pry out, use the screw driver to pull these metal clips out, one on each side of the head rest, and it should just pull right out after the clips are removed.

After the headrest is off, you have to remove the plastic clips by removing the rear part of the seat cover, reach up through the back of the seat, and pinch the plastic clip from inside at the bottom.

Its this long pointy thing, and needs to be squeezed together.
