Headrest guide question
I am looking for advice or experience on removing the headrest guide in an Integra, Part 81144-SH3-003ZQ. There is a screw shown that is presumably under the push slider of the lock mechanism. I am not sure how to remove the nylon/plastic piece that likely covers it. I am sure that it is brittle after years of heat and cold cycles. I found it mentioned on an old thread, Civic, but still am not sure how to remove.

Its kinda hard to explain. But it will involve taking the seat cover partially off.
Take the head rest out. Next unclip the center of the seat cover from the back of the seat. Pull the zippers up to expose the back of the seat. Next pull the head rest release tab out by pulling it out of the guide. Their will be a philips head screw now exposed. Remove that screw. Last step is to push on the bottom of the guides which should be exposed.
Goodluck.

"Next pull the head rest release tab out by pulling it out of the guide." I cannot figure this part out. Nothing seems to move to expose the screw. Picture or more explanation please.
