Dont use the white wire use the grey wire for your wideband signal, red for power, and black for ground. Wire all these as close to the ecu as possible for the most accurate results. You also need to wire in the resistor so you dont get a cel for the 02 sensor

red goes to power, black goes to ground (i would use the power and ground wires on the ECU harness), grey and white wires are for the O2 sensor signal wire. i think the white is for the wideband and the grey is for the narrowband signal. u need to tie these wires to pin 14 on the ECU (the solid white wire which is for the O2 sensor signal) In order to run the wideband in ur ECU u need to disable the O2 sensor heater (can be done easily though a EMS like uberdata. it involves just click n on the disable option) also u need to have cloosed loop disabled on ur ECU. this as well can be done through uberdata.

if ur not go n with a standalone EMS, then all u need to do is remove ur stock O2 sensor, put n the wideband, power up the PLX with an ignition power wire and ground wire (usually black yellow wire on ecu is power, and the ground is the brown with black stripe wire or plain balck wire. both of these wires are located on the same plug on the wiring harness for the ECU. it's in the 1st of the three plugs in the ecu) Wire in the grey wire from the PLX 300 to the solid white O2 sensor wire (which is located in the last plug of the ECU harness) and ur done. dont wire up the wideband signal wire (white one on the PLX) since ur not gonna be do n any datalogging. u wont need ur stock O2 sensor.
I just ordered my PLX 300 and will be wire n it up to run the wideband signal to my UBERDATA ecu in order to datalog

go to http://www.apex-usa.com and go to documentations then search for the wiring diagram for an SAFC or VAFC. they will have an ECU diagram on there tell n u which wire's r power, ground. for the O2 sensor wire, look up the wiring diagram for the apexi turbo timer, they show u the wire for the O2 sensor input.

or check this diagram out http://www.autoserve.8m.com/cg...2.jpg

im trying to hook up my m300 to use with my hondata and use datalogging. correct me if im wrong. Red wire to ecu 12v and black wire to ecu chassis ground and the white wire to the o2 sensor? What if my tuner disable the stock o2 sensor? Is that all thats needed to be hooked up for me to view my afr and datalog?

So for running a stock ECU/non-datalogging you only need to wire in the narrowband?

What is the deal with the resistors? Just run it inline between the narrowband output from the M-300 to the O2 sensor input on the ECU? Or is the resistor run between the O2 input and the ECU ground?

The diagram I saw looked like the resistors were tied in w/ the inputs, making a y, and then the other end of the resistor was wired into the ground.

well i just wired in my plx m300 in yesterday and at times when i would start my car the o2 sensor CEL would come on and make the car horrible to drive..do you think that if i wire in the caps that came with the unit that it would make the CEL go away??? and im using TURBOEDIT

Did you wire in both wires or just one?

http://www.plxdevices.com/appnotes.htm

1k Ohm resistor must be soldered in in place of the O2 heater if your car is so equipped. Check app notes for Hondata ECU's or AEM EMS...Hondata would make more sense to check first though.
