Any high flow cats that are 100% street legal in CA for civics?

Im looking for a completely street legal for CALIFORNIA high flow cat. anyone know a brand??

Magnaflow/Carsound does have a OBDII CARB approved cat, it's the 43000 series

If Dave SMSP says its CA legal than it is. So YES the 43000 Series is CA legal.
