Default 10 sec Honda getting started, need help

Hello,
I want to build a 11 sec Honda crx. So what engine is most suitable for start? I think about 4 engines: B16, B18, B20/B16vtec or H22.
I know that question is a bit stupid, but write your opinion please

Markko, Civic B20vtec

I think about NA or Turbo but no NOS It's easy to find a b16 or b20 block or h22 engine in my country but b18 is hard to find. And I want to build 10 or low 11 sec engine with almost stock block. Except pistons, rods & oil pump if necessary.

Vilnius is the capital of Lithuania (Europe) Do you know basketball player Arvidas Sabonis? He is from Lithuania.

the B18C1 (GSR) is the strongest stock IMO. Many people have run 11s on bone stock motors.

you just dont build a engine and expect it to run low 11's or possibly 10's it takes seat time! good luck with your build tho!!!

JDM K20A, TWM ITB's, DTR-FAB header, Crower head package, stock block & bottom end. put it in a light enough EG Hatch and you might be able to run 10's-low 11's with good slicks and practise.. I will update this next weekend on the power and the times this set-up makes..

my fault did u mean which block would be best to build a low 11 possibly 10 second car??? if so my fault. I will have to agree with Brain and say GSR IMO one of the best all around engines that honda has produced once again JUST A OPINION!!!
