What you have to do is get a healthy or rebuilt b20 block, and throw a b16, gsr, or itr head on with some modifications. Here is a good thread to give you the info you need: https://honda-tech.com/forums/all-motor-naturally-aspirated-44/how-build-%22reliable%22-lsvtec-b20vtec-1676914/
As for turbo, if you plan on doing it with stock internals, it wont hurt it. People are gonna tell you "the sleeves are weak" but dont listen to them. Safely you can run about 8 psi of boost depending on the turbo and how your tuner, tunes it.
IMHO, nitrous is more reliable, but only if your car is tuned at a shop just like a turbo'd car and you do all the necessary upgrades on the fuel system and run a safe shot. There is less stress on the engine as your not constantly wearing ur engine like with a turbo. You can use nitrous only when you feel like or need to be fast. Its basically horsepower in a bottle. I would look into that more.
