Since it appears to have the foglight inserts I'm guessing 99-00 Civic front end on this one.

I know that car..Its a 99 si..56,xxxmiles..It has a 94 gsr swap and its for sale right now..$6500..

Its 99-00. You can tell by the shape of the headlights and foglight positioning.
