I blew my stock Y8 motor. It was time for it to go. It has been subjected to 10psi boost for 5 straight years of hassle free. It's gone now and i just really want to move on and try something else. The turbo has no shaft play.... still like new. No cracks on the manifold. The intercooler has a couple of bent fins, but unnoticable unless you are looking for it. The turbo timer is only used for 4 months like the profec-b spec2... still have the boxes for it. It was on my integra. The profec-b spec2 was mounted but never used. <u>This is everything you need to run a great D-series street set-up while on stock internals!</u> If you are local, I will help you tune the VAFC hack on 10 psi boost... if you want. This will work on all 92-00 D-series civics/delsols VTEC (slight modification on the charge pipe for DX/LX/CX/VX due to intake manifold design). I recommend to convert to ODB1 for all 96+ or will trip a CEL code 13 (barometric press) but will not place the ECU on "limp mode". I will take pictures this weekend as I unbolt it off my civic. I also modified the DP on the bend to 2 1/2 pipe. A few snapshots below:

did you ever race the car a 10psi with your y8 im just curious i wanna figure what i can run.

 

Never raced the car at 10 psi, although i beat an ITR 3 times on the streets, both from a roll and from dead stop. More pics this weekend, as I pull it off the car....

 

what do you think it woulda ran on the track. Yo i really want clean *** set up and i got the same car so i know it will have no probs putting it on n a couple hours. I start another job this week. so ill have money in like 2 weeks if this is still up. Ill check back . bump
