Default The wonderful world of Endyn.

I called Larry (owner of Endyn Energy Dynamics) at his shop a couple of months ago to get some idea on my engine rebuild. He was very short with me on the phone & just wanted me to get to the point. I asked him if I could visit his shop, he gave me a....uh yea....I dunno...type of answer, then he said to call back at when I leave my office. He give me the impression like he could give a rats *** & just wanted to get off the phone. I called back as he asked & got the answering machine on the first ring, I left a message so that was it.

I went ahead & drove home thinking about this guys people skills, wtf? About 30 minutes later I got a call back from his assistant. He was a lot more professional to deal with, I discussed my engine mod ideas with him instead. That person was more helpful then Larry ever will be. I've heard both good & bad things about Endyn but I'd rather be the judge for myself, until then I just took my business elsewhere. To tell you the true I'm glad I did. Has anyone else had the same customer experience like I had?

btw, Thanks Larry.

Since you didn't even buy anything, it sounds like you're just taking this oppertunity to bash the guy.
It's common knowledge that you can call and talk to Larry and never get HIM off the phone. Myself and everyone that's ever mentioned calling Endyne has said the same thing. The guy will talk your ear off, and give you more customer service than you can handle. lol

Maybe you caught him on a bad day/time, but I doubt that's a reason to make a post to bash him.

Whatever the case may have been when I called, I didn't feel all that welcome. Like I said before, he needs to work on his people skills & not run off customers.

Larry is totally straight up with people and what I've gathered from our dealings what you see is what you get. Who knows what he was involved in at the time you called. He is a very busy man and the fact is that he has forgot more than most will ever know about this industry and is a man that wants to make a difference in this industry. Make no mistake about it, Larry is very helpful and full of wonderful amounts of knowledge. Just my own opinion.
