i plan on turboing my ls and have a 3inch down pipe with a electic cut out and then have 3inch piping go all the way back to a stock type r muffler cutting the tail pipe off the stock muffler and replacing it with the 3 inch do you guys think it will work maybe to much back pressure tell me what u think

 

just as long as you dont use the stock muffler, and go with a 3in to match the rest of the exhaust, the car should breathe fine

 

but i want to have a stock muffler the type r one they said it has alot more air flow then most just have the type r muffler for when i wanna cruise and i can open the cut out when i wanna race
