how do i remove that damm back panel looks like its bolted down

did you look in trunk under the rear deck? That where the bolts are on a eg sedan.

what a pain in the *** that was but i was able to get it out, there's plastic plugs keeping it in, now i have to get it back on right :-)

i better have gotten the speakers in right
