This made me laugh pretty hard when I saw it. My winter beater is a 91 Integra LS and it started grinding gears recently so I decided to change the tranny fluid. What I found was what looks like when you blow a head gasket and coolant mixes with oil. Looks like Malox, YUM!

lol

A few months ago I had a pinhole leak in my Heater Inlet Hose where I lost a few quarts of coolant over 2 weeks until I found the culprit. My theory is the coolant somehow found its way into the transmission and mixed with the oil. The leak was directly above the tranny on the clutch side. I don't see how it could get inside the bell housing but there is a vent on top.

Anyways I put new GM MTF and its fine now. I bet nobody's ever seen this before.

The camera was on the work bench already. And there was alot of liquid in there actually.

It had new MTF back in October. The coolant leak was around November. But it hadnt been a problem until now. Ive only put 4k miles on it since October.

Ok so that shoots the vent theory. I guess draining through the VSS sensor is the most probable cause at this point.
