Discovered Oil Leak near the transmission housing. Is this from a gasket or o-ring?
I took my transmission off yesterday to replace my clutch. With the tranny off I decided to stick my head in there and just poke around a bit, I noticed 3 connections to the head seem to have oil leaks. I removed all these connections a while back to have the head serviced. Did I re-install them wrong? or is there one thing that might cause all three of these to leak oil. Thanks!

Coolant levels are good, however I do have a slow leak at the heater core that needs to be repaired. I have just been topping her up in the meantime in between drives till I get it fixed. Why do you ask?

Iirc one of those is a coolant line, and one or both are temp sensors.
If that is indeed oil, find out where it is leaking from. Clean it up and see if you can spot it seeping. Likely culprit is a distributor o-ring or the VC gasket.
