Anyone have Spearco air-water intercooler?
depends how much power ur gonna make (for core size) and how u are going to route ur piping... they can make it to whatever u tell them too with the parts they have listed (cores and endtanks)
You mean like this? Mine's the 430 CFM, I THINK, maybe bigger... it's the upgrade for a Cyclone... Should be good enough for a Honda 1.6l!

So, how do you add water to the intercooler? I have not had a chance to see the intercooler in real life so I wouldn't know. The hose with fitting opposite of the air inlet-out, is that where water go in? Then, where you that hose connect to besides the cooler. BTW, do you have experience of leakage of water? Just curious.

I've had it about a year now and no leakage...
See that Chevy radiator cap jsut behind the headlight? I've got a reservoir where the stock Resonator box fits in the fender... Pic Below.
I've got a Front Mount 4 pass BIG trans cooler that cools the water, hoses to the bilge pump for a boat, hoses to the front and back side of the intercooler's tank, then to the starage tank I've got in ym stock resonator box's location, and then back to the Front mount cooler. We set it up to where the pump is self priming. <Below normal water level>
It's a pretty sweet system, but the bilge pump is pretty loud when driving on the street in stop and go traffic... I have a switch on my dash so I can turn it off and on... GReddy's have non-intercooled kits... So do I... on a switch
The entire kit ends up being slightly more expensive than a BIG FMIC, but piping is MUCH simpler.

I've checked out the spearco air to water intercooler. The price is around $900 which seems alot more than normal air to air intercooler like XS with out pipes. How much did it cost you to make your but not all the pumps and resevoir. Bascially just for track use only, dumping ice and water in it. BTW, can you give me the spearco part # on the cooler? The size you pick seems to fit very well.... Thanx...
