ok i have a b18a1 and im i wanna know what my gains will be with these parts.

crower 403's
crower dual valve springs
crower retainers
skunk2 IM
high flow cat
I/H/E

could i gain significant power from all of that? or what else should i add to make a worthy gain overall?

 

Looks good, but with all that, you are going to need a tune, while you are doing all that head work, you should throw in a port and polish if you can afford it. Some supporting mods like an LSD and such would help too.

 

yea u hsouild definately get PnP if u can afford, u dont even have to get an lsd just get a b16 tranny

no way, u will make more maybe 165-170 with a pnp and tuning, an all motor ls is just not gonna make good dollar for dollar performanece

 

take it to the track and find out

im doin close to the same setup here soon. im not getting a p&p but with good tuning i was told id only be able to make around 155 in my 95ls.

 

u will feel the difference... feel how much ur money is worth

bump up the cr and you'll see a few more hp

 

would the stock ys1 tranny with stage 1 clutch would be enough good for the extra power ? and also what do you think ill run in the 1/4 with that power to the wheels ?

 

What type of Integra is it, a coupe or a sedan? Also what kind of tires will you be using, and what size wheels?

Like those guys already said, if you are going to do that stuff, you may as well get a port and polish. Just remember to get it tuned correctly man. It sounds like you are trying to work with what you have which is admirable. Good luck dude
