what the heck is H.O.P. city light sockets and bulbs? Where does it go? I've seen some ep3 sites selling them, but I have no idea what it is for and where it goes.

City lights go in the headlights. They are low wattage bulbs that make the headlights glow, kind of like really bright parking lights. I am not sure if the USDM headlights have sockets for them.

 

no the headlights don't. you have to drill your headlight.

also, at least in chicago, they're illegal.

H.O.P=honda optional parts i believe
and city lights are kinda light daytime running lights.
