its super simple
you cant really do it wrong

takes like 1-2hr at most for people new to it

depends on how rusted your bolts are and if you have air tools then it would take about 25-30 mins if not about 2 hours its probley the next easiest thing to puttin on a intake

wd 40 and some muscle or if your a baller impact wrench.

use PB blaster.. get it at advanced, autozone, etc.. better then wd40 and as stated USE JACKSTANDSS dont want the car falling on you... .. all in all shouldnt take to long.. just remove the old.. and install the new..

rust shoouldnt be a problem

my bro 91 crx si exhaust bolts was rusted
took me 10min to remove them all barely trying

I had one once that it was rusted so bad that you couldnt keep a socket on it cause it would round off but in that case I just cut the bolt off cause your using new ones anyways
