PB Blaster It works wonders
Don't pay to have a professional install it... it's an easy install; there's no reason to pay to have it done when you can do it yourself.

And break studs. Remember to use a 6-point socket so you dont strip the nuts. PB Blaster works wonders here! Spoon headers huh? How much?

not with the addition of wd-40
and I'm sceptical of the "spoon" header as well.

Re: headerz????????????? (DKYamada)
Sheesh take it easy, he admits they're not real and doesn't care....
Anyway...PB Blaster should be right along side with other anti-rust/fastner loosener products. I've always seen PB Blaster in a tin can (just like WD-40) with a yellow cap and a white label with a lot of black print on it..if you're needing to know what it looks like. It's the best thing I've tried as far as petroleum lubricants/anti-seize liquids go. Tried and true in my opinion. Usually runs about 4 bucks a can..give or take. You'll want to spray it on the area/nut/bolt that is the problem child and let it soak for say 4 minutes (I choose to spray the **** out of it and have a smoke break, that's usually enough time) then go to town. One thing you can do, as stated above is use a 6 point socket to break them loose and what I choose to do is tap the end of the socket wrench with a small hammer, sometimes the jolt will cause the nut to come loose. If for some reason it would become stripped, Craftsman has the Bolt-Out series of tools which to me are priceless. Hope this helps.

Re: headerz????????????? (94hondacivicvtec)
just keep soaking it in wd-40. then take a 1/2 inch ratchet and try to get it off. if that doesnt wrk take a metal pipe and stick the end of the ratchet in the pipe 4 more leverage (ghetto breaker bar) w/out having to jerk the bolt around.

well since everybody has already flamed u to the extent that i wanted to, i might as well help. its extreamly simple, tools required are.........well u said u knew how to get the old header off so its the exact same, just use the new gasket for the header, and tq the header nuts down to 25ftlbs i am 99% sure. exhaust is very easy to work with noob thing.
yes you are going to want to spray some pb blaster on it when the engine is inbetween warm and hott. so it soaks in good. or spray pb blaster and then warm your engine up a bit( just let it idle for a min or 2).

Don't get your hopes up. Stock honda exhaust manifolds do well.

Tip: Spend less time on your car and more time learning to read and write properly. I'm not saying you have to be perfect but at least get to the point where we understand half of the things you type. But it's understandable if English isn't your first language.
Anyways, good luck with your situation.

thats not speed typing. thats just you not knowing how to spell or proof read. you can take your time and reread your post. there is no time limit on your post.
