Default custom turbo exhaust?? need advice...

i am going to make my own custom turbo exhaust out of 3" piping.. what i was wondering is if i should incorporate a flex-pipe section in the system up by the downpipe section...??? or should i just go all straight exhaust piping.. should i worry about vibration or anything else affecting the integrity of the system??

thanks in advance.

Yes, you should definitely have a flex-pipe set up somewhere on your downpipe, whether in it, or between it and the cat/test pipe. It will reduce stress on your manifold making it less likely to crack.

Oh, and you sure you want custom? All the places I looked at wanted crazy prices for custom piping (mandrel bent). I'd just go for some bolt on turbo exhaust. Just my opinion.
