He's talking about a "special" smog check.

 

i think his car won't pass smog, so he is looking for a shop or someone that knows of a place that is willing to smog a car that is identical to his for his smog. for example, if he had a 96 red gsr, but his wont pass, he would get another guy with a 96 red gsr to smog for him. does that clear anything up?

 

buy the smog tech a 40 ounce and he'll let u pass.

 

wish it was that easy.... I'd buy him a case of 40's and 2 bottles of Hen + cash! lol
