So I just got a steering wheel out of a japanese EK4. It's non srs and I'm having problems getting the horn to work. If anyone knows how to hook it up I would really love some help.

No it doesn't... the non-srs wheel requires removal of the clockspring to fit the wheel.
Well it'll need some kind of clockspring to plug the horn into. You'll probably have to get the clockspring from the car that wheel was intended for, unless of course you jerry-rig something.

Fits on the car in the same wat that a wheel fits in a DA or an EF. There is nowhere to plug it in on the back of the wheel... it only has a circular contact area for the curcuit for the horn.
There should be a wire soldered onto one of the contact pieces, it's just a ground switch so they only need to run one wire. Look for remnants of solder, the wire was probably ripped off or something.
