Default semi-OT: Tranny problem

Well this is semi- OT because it doesn't have to do with my ITR, but my beater, an escort, rather, with an automatic trans. Lately, in the last week or two. Its been having some issues when the temperature is below 40 outside. For the first minute or two of the ride, the trans doesn't catch. so I just sit there and wait until it catches. After the first initial time, it'll usually stop happening.

A quick background, car is a 91 with 55,xxx miles. Tranny was replaced, along with speed sensor and torque converter in 99 with 35,xxx miles, so I don't think it could be any of those. Could a simple flush and fill get rid of this symptom or is it something much more serious?

Again, i know this is OT, so mods feel free to move it if need be. This is just the forum in which I know thee most people an lurk around on the most. Also, if you know where i could find the answer to this myself, any help would be appreciated
