Bleeder valve piercing header..
try running a thicker exhaust gasket or maybe 2 of them...Id say the header wasnt manufactured properly...get a different one or try the gasket trick...
What header is that?
What header is that?
its just a DC rip off, i had bought both, and the DC fit the same way, so i just went with the cheaper one..
you think more gaskets would give it a little clearance?

you should put a tube on and down into a container with fluid in it.....to help the process and not allow air back into the system....

That would have been my solution.
Or dent the header a little
OMFGz0rNO!! NOT A DENT!!
You dont really need that part of the bleeder unless you intend to attach a hose anyway.

I had to cut the splash shield on my EK to fit my ITR 4-1 on, but i wouldn't cut my bleeder valve off just to fit some cheap header on.

yeah when i bleed my clutch im just going to have to use a bigger hose..
and it doesnt matter if its a little dent, it was heating up the oil and my car was smoking..

- what 4-1 header can fit without cutting that thing? or you just let it burn through?
