Default Anyone using EF-1 Valvesprings and retainers?!@!

Well i have some EF-1 valvesprings and retainers.. i dont know too much about them.. its hard to find specs on them.. i was wondering if anyone was using them.. or how they have worked for their setups.. because originally i was going to run skunk stg2 cams.. and now i plan on running buddy club spec 4's and i am trying to decide whether to keep them or get some buddy club springs and retainers instead... any info would be great... thanks

lol they're called Rocket Motorsports now, you'll be fine with bc4's but then i'll assume you have gen 1 and some people dont like the higher seat pressures with it combined with taiwanese cams

ran em fine with gsr cams and m22's

Does this cause premature wear on the seat or something?
Just wondering.
Thanks,

Usually something wears down, be it the cams or the rocker pads. Something has got to give.
