Default CODE 15!!

ok here is the deal i put a b16 in my civic and it was running great and one day i was taking it for a spin and it started acting like it ran out of gas. but that was impossible because i have a half of tank of 93 in it. so when it finally broke down on me at my drive way, i rolled it in and did the codes got a code 15 (ignition output) so i changed the coil, nothing, changed the ignitor, nothing so i replaced the whole dizzy and still nothing. the car wants to start but it is not firing up it bogs for a second and nothing. what can i look for since i changed the whole dizzy? please let me know thanks guys!
btw
i got 220 compression
took the injectors out but left them in the fuel rail and had a nice spray show
new spark plug cables
new dizzy
new plug pre-gapped(checked and the gap is right)
battery is fully charged (battery tender every night)
tried it with to ecus stock and a chipped p28

here this seems to work for me all the time

since you replaced your dizzy (new icm) and tried different ecus I would say you got a slight short somewhere, in ignitor circuit.

ok that was a good article i have to try that out tomorrow, but the only reason why i don't know if that is the problem is because the dizzy is brand new and i tried it on two ecus i am going to try a different one tomorrow and see what happens

try cleaning your injectors... that might be the problem...

i had the same problem in my car, if the injectors are dirty then there is little if no gas getting to your engine

nah it is not a gas problem i took the injectors out and left them in the rail, and they sprayed just nice the code 15 has something to do with the dizzy!
