your crossmember may be bent. check that first, if you got into an accident.
take everything off of the LCA so you have some play in it, like the swaybar and fork. start the threads of one bolt, then try to move the LCA for the second bolt.

well i jacked her up and it didn't really help to much.
it so close the holes are just off to where i can stick a screw driver in but not the bolt. but it wont move
i don't think that my whole crossmember is bent i think it is just the part where the lca bolts in to it. any ideas

try loosing in the bolt that holds the radius rod in. 17mm i beleive its in the crossmemeber, maybe that will give you a little play in the radius rod to move it

and what should i do with this hammer cuz i got some big ones
ill take a picture to night to show how it is off, cuz the holes are almost off like a figure 8 but the holes overlap so you can put a screw drive in them

I had that problem... couldn only get one of the bolts in.
Try this -
Remove the nuts from that hold the radius rods to the front crossmember.
Loosen all the front crossmember bolts so you can wiggle it around a little.
(Maybe even just have 2 bolts holding it in - one on each side.)
Then bolt down the radius rods to the LCA's.

i got the other bolt in by putting a jack underneath the hub and did a lot of bitchen and moanin, pushin and pullin, thats about it finally i got it. i don't know if that helps but good luck.
