Default JDM parts source?

Who is a good source for JDM parts.I need a throttle position sensor for a 2000 Civic Si.

The throttle position sensor on the domestic cars is not removeable. Also you can't buy it separately from a Honda dealer.The JDM version is removeable.

wouldnt that mean it wouldnt work on a usdm honda because you wouldnt be able to remove it?

no its because honda usa wants you to buy a whole new throttle body when it goes bad.

Just cut the rivits off of the US tps and remove it and find someone selling a tps... then reinstall it with screws. This is what I did and it is much cheaper than buying a new one. PM "fastassdx"... I know he has a bunch of tps switches just lying around.

It does suck... all usdm tps's are rivited. I found this out as every motor Ive ordered allways has a broken tps and I became a junkyard ***** to avoid the expensive repair.

i think it probably has something to do with emissions regulations or something... they dont want ppl adjusting those things i guess
