Just DuMb stuff people spend their money on to follow the newest riceboy trend after bodykits and big wheels.
basically,it just describes something manufactured in Japan.however,idiots use it a name for everything from the way a car is styled("your car is so JDM!"),to describing their lifestyle("i'm so JDM!").

jdm = is paying way to much for over priced products because of the logo on them. this doesnt apply to everything i know but for the mose part...
