Any OBD1 B series distributor will work.

It is your choice on ecu. You can run a P30 ecu or a chipped P28.

If you want OBD-1 you need a distributor, injectors, and ecu from either a 92-95 Civic SIR2 from Japan or from a Del Sol VTEC. You're also going to need a conversion harness. I bought mine from blown90hatch

Any B-VTEC distributor will work, OND1 or OBD2, depending on the connector you use, repin the distributor to use the connector on your harness, or visa versa. Yonaka has a good thing going with aftermarket distributors, 3 year warrenty, just watch out for shipping charges.

As far as ECUs, depending on if you know how to chip, etc, you can use a very wide variety of ECU's, I would say, get a P28 (chipped) or P30 for your app.
