Default Is hondata IM gaskit really useful??

I am thinking to buy hondata IM gaskit. Gaskit is not that expensive but need to take 2-3 hours to install it. What's the different after install it?? and what do i need attention when i install it??

i'm really unsure if it made a difference, maybe because i've been running it for a really long time. put it this way, you won't see improvements in 1/4 mile due to this

probably not much difference, people claim a couple hp but not much. but anything that helps cool the intake air temp doesnt hurt imo.

it decreases intake temps, but mainly when you run race setup and block coolant flow. i had it like that at first but noticed stock gauge would show close to middle, so i changed it to stock setup.. now i don't even know if it would make a differnce if i just ran stock gasket instead.

i don't see a reason not to use it for track only car, why not..

Regardless of gasket, the IM will still get heatsoaked.
