Default which one will run better..

Which one do you think will run better.

Ive never seen a d15b2 block with a d15b head, and was wondering how much HP i could get out of it, with just I/H/E

also, would it be upto par to say a d15b7 or a d16a6 mini me?

just curious, because i have the option of doing all three, and want to get the best HP and torque from the three
