Default Fuel injectors

im getting a clicking noise, gas smell from my injectors i checked them and one of them feels really loosedcompared to the others are they shot or can this be fixed? car feels fine...

a bit of clicking is normal. is there fuel leaking from them? have ou done any work to the fuel rail at all? you might have to replace the o-rings that make the seal between the injector and fuel rail. i replaced my fuel rail, and it's really easy to pinch those rings.

i was told that theres rubber piece that the injector sits in that dry rots.....

The seal might be bad...by loose do you mean you can jiggle it around in the intake manifold?

yeah i removed them and put them back a while ago does this mean the o ring is shot? or do they just have to be reset...

prolly the rings, you should always replace them when working with injectors just to be safe

yeah if you are going to replace them use some vasoline or something so you don't rip them.
