HELP! Car bogs only when at WOT....Not TPS
i tried looking for help earlier but could find any so i'll try again.....
94 DX with sohc vtec swap from 92 ex, greddy turbo kit w/ fmu and inline fuel pump.
Ever since the swap my car bogs under WOT but not at any other throttle position. checked my TPS and its good (i even checked my 01 gsr and 96 civic lx to make sure i was doing it right and all check out exactly the same). When @ WOT it will bog down at about 4K but when reving it up slowly @ say 25% throttle she goes to redline. When at 75% throttle the engine pops a little more but still goes up to redline. My friend tried advancing my distributor a little and it seemed to work but then the problem is i cant have my dizzy advanced due to turbo. Is this problem related to timing? say bad distributor where it wont adjust timing at higher rpms and throttle position. Is there even such thing as this kind of problem or should i start looking somewhere else?

Mixed up map and tps plugs. Check that. How do you know its not tps, you should check voltages should be around .4 closed and 4.6ish open

people often get these plugs placed in the wrong places the longer one should go to the map

yup i did make sure that the plugs are in the correct palce before i tested the tps. matched up the wire colors to my wiring diagram. red, white and green to tps right? i did check the tps by voltage. its perfect......when closing up the throttle at one point maybe about 70% still open the voltage would drop a lot and then come back up so i checked my gsr and my civic lx (both stock) and they both did that so i came the conclusion that its fine.
today was the first time i drove my car farther than just a regular "around the block test drive" and heres what happened. I was going up a fairly nice incline in fifth gear @ about 60 and i shouldve downshifted but i didnt and then a CEL came on for my o2 sensor. I just pulled over and cleared the cel but is that my problem for everything? just o2 sensor wasnt reading good so it would bog out?
