I have a thread here on HT that is the same as posted below! This is a cam list for LS/B20:

I don't know about exospeed, but JG and Web are re-grinds. Just about any company will regrind a cam for you.

I believe exospeed is a regrind too, but not 100% sure.

Ours are our own grinds we developed in the days of pre-vtec.

yeah, just because Crower sells the most doesn't mean they're the best. and not too much wrong with regrinds. maybe they don't like 100,000 miles, but who actually keeps their performance car that long? maybe they do, heck. only problem is that you can't get any additional valve lift without welding onto them. and even then, i'd say from my slightly-more-than-modest knowledge of metallurgy that hard-welding should be plenty safe. cams aren't a super-strong part, anyways.

in any case, check out Crane Cams. they make good stuff, and their vavletrain is much cheaper than Crower, yet almost just as good. It's not quite as stiff, so you can't run like 10,000rpm (although Crane says you can, i don't believe them), but i'll never ever see that, so who cares? the lightness of the springs make up for the loss in stiffness, and as for mixing and matching valvtrain with cams, i seriously don't buy it. a valvetrain will have a certain combined spring rate and some damping rate, which is probably almost a constant between valvetrains. i can't imagine small variations like this will create catastrophy. the only thing i'd be scared of is too high a ramp angle. basically, don't get super monster big-@$$ cams unless you're ready for the possible problems and longevity issues. maybe if i tried to rev to 10,000rpm, i'd see something that wouldn't happen if i had matched cam/valvetrain, but that's okay, since my motor would fly apart well before then.
