Default wiring nightmare....

so the corner lights on my gf's ej1 no longer work. they blink when u turn on the hazards and when u signal, but they don't stay on. i thought it might just be some loose wires, but i redid the red wires on both sides with solder... and still not working... got any suggestions?

Stupid question here, but if I don't ask, someone else will... Are the bulbs/sockets ok and clean?

I believe the turn signal/hazard bulbs are dual filament bulbs. Check the actual bulbs and make sure that the parking light filament is not burned out.

Always check the small, simple things first and work your way back, in this case what everyone else said and check bulbs and fuses.

well if the fuses were burnt out, wouldn't it not blink when you signal? also the fuse for the corners are also for the cluster, and taillights... right? i've had that blown before and all those things were out. hmmm guess i'll check the bulbs to see if the filaments for the parking light is still working... thanks guys...
