Default Cooling Problem

Just replaced the thermostat on my 95B18B. Now in the cold weather it takes forever to warm up. Used a Stant 180 degree thermostat.

Defective thermostat or POS? Should I get an OEM from Acura?

I would think it is the thermostat. Did you refill with correct coolant/water mixture?

Yes, drained and filled coolant, bleed while cold. Warmed up engine and bled coolant again and refilled.

It just sucks that a brand new thermostat isn't working- takes longer to warm up and once I start driving, temp goes back down to just above the C on the guage.

Especially with the cold weather.
