anyone? i have a gsr swap im putting in my car and i want to know whats better for it... chipped p28 ecu (dont know what program) or a p73 type-r ecu?

 

I would go with a chipped p28 bro!!!

 

i saw ppl having problems with the p28 but ill go ahead and give back the p73 for the p28

the P73 Type R ECU is for single plenum intake manifolds like B16s.

with the GSR, I suggest a P28 modded to control secondaries or a P72 OBD1 GSR ECU. You will have alot less problems with the OBD1 ECU

chipped p28. that way you can go uberdata in the future if you wanna tune it yourself.

 

you have to realize how important those secondary intake runners are id say go with a obd1 p72 unless you have a built gsr w/ a skunk2 intake mani of some sort. not having your secondaries function correctly is a bitch.

i dont know but it came with the swap i got... its gettin put in now so ill find out if it works or not
