is it possible to have a p06 run a p28 program?(putting d16z6 and the price for p28 is a little much nowadays)

not sure bout the p06.. i know those p28 ecus are becoming rare just like the obd1 p72 ecu.. i have a stock p28 ecu and skunk2 chipped p28 both can be yours if the price is right.. IM me for more info..
