Seats are held down by 4 rather large bolts (18mm or so), there are probably little plastic clips covering them, they pop up easily.
Carpet is a little complicated depending on how you do it. Take out all the seats, and unscrew the armrest/cup holder thing and lift it over the emergency brake. You will also have to remove the trunk release lever cover and the plastic footrest for the driver's left foot (held in by 2 screws, have to remove with allen wrench). You'll have to remove the rubber lining that goes around the entire doorway. Also have to unbolt the bottom of the seatbelt. The carpet is also held down underneath the interior panels, but you can simply lift those up enough to pull the carpet out.
The carpet is connected behind the dash by one thin strip. If you're removing the entire dash, I'd say go ahead and take out the entire center console then remove the carpet that way. However, in my case I was only removing the carpet to have it cleaned, so I just cut the section that was connected behind the dash. This part of the carpet is impossible to see, so it's not like you're cutting a vital part of the car. Then the carpet simply lifts out.
Are you removing the entire door or just the interior door panels? If you're just removing the panels, it's kind of simple, just unbolt pretty much everything you see. It's easy to remove the panels, but its not easy to remove them without breaking the clips. I think harborfreight sells door panel pullers or something so the clips don't get damaged.
Then what you have left over is an assload of sound deadening tar. There are lots of ways to take this stuff out. You can heat it up and just peel it off, or freeze it with dry ice and chisel it off. I'd imagine peeling it off will take longer, as that tar is stuck on there pretty damn well.
I only have this knowledge from back in my drag strip days when I tried to shed the car of every little pound. Sorry I couldn't help you any more.

I also should add that there is tar in the corners of the metal, but I would suggest not removing this, as most people say this holds a lot of the car together, and could hurt the structural integrity.

I have everything out except the front seats and the carpet, and I know how to take those off but not now. The only thing I'm stuck on is the dashboard.
I got the audio place out, the knee part, then glove box, the place where all the Ac/heater **** is, the gauges. I took some screws off the front part of the main dashboard. The front is loose, but the back is stuck any help?
